Cleanliness needs improvement, particularly in the bathroom. Water pipes and shower have issues. No comfortable bed or table/chair in the room. Lake is very dirty, disappointing. However, remote location offers outdoor activities, horse riding, and adventure park nearby. Good for teambuilding or big friend groups. Small individual bungalows are nice, despite lacking amenities like table or clothes hanger. Great staff, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, surrounded by nature, was perfect for us. There were plenty of outdoor activities for both adults and children to enjoy. The adventure park nearby was a big hit with our kids. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food served was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We also appreciated the availability of parking and the easy access to transportation. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the lake made for a truly peaceful and enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed the cozy and peaceful setting surrounded by nature. the views of the hills were gorgeous. the staff was friendly and polite, providing good service. the outside area was spacious and had plenty of leisure activities available. the location was convenient for the Iasi in Trail race, with the starting point right next to the accommodation.
there was limited lighting outside at night, making it difficult to navigate. the hot water took a long time to warm up and the temperature varied, making showering a bit inconvenient.

We stayed at Complex Hamak for a teambuilding trip and had a fantastic time. The remote location was perfect for privacy and surrounded by beautiful forests. The individual 1 room bungalows were cozy and comfortable, although they lacked a table and clothes hanger. The variety of outdoor activities, including horse riding, kept us entertained. The nearby Aventura Park was a hit with our group, and the lake with fish added to the serene atmosphere. The on-site restaurant, Gramps, served delicious food.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
